The role
Working as part of a newly established internal team, you'll help lead the redesign of operating models, organisational structures and workforce strategy across the business. You'll draw on people data and workforce analytics to inform decisions, and advise on offshoring and global workforce strategy as part of broader transformation efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with people data to back up design decisions, and enjoys influencing senior stakeholders on how an organisation should adapt and change.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement operating models across business units or functions
- Lead or support organisation restructuring initiatives from design to implementation
- Use People Data and workforce analytics to inform and validate design decisions
- Advise and roll out outsourcing, global workforce strategy and location strategy
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate strategic goals into structural and organisational change
- Support the build-out of a newly established team, contributing to how it operates as well as what it delivers
About you We're looking for experienced organisation design /workforce transformation professionals who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience in at least one of: operating model design, organisation restructuring, workforce analytics, or outsourcing/global workforce strategy
- A structured, strategic approach to workforce transformation, potentially built through a consulting background
- Consulting or in-house transformation experience (either background considered)
- Comfort operating at the level of structure and system- rolling out from concept through design and implementation
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leaders
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Confidence navigating ambiguity in a ever changing environment
