The Roles

Opportunities are available across a diverse project mix: new build, fitout, and refurbishment, multi-residential, townhouses, and luxury residential homes.

Contract Administrator

Work closely with Project Managers to administer subcontracts, variations, progress claims, and procurement from award through to close-out.

Site Manager

Lead day-to-day site operations, driving program, safety, and quality outcomes on the ground.

Project Manager

Take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to handover, leading site teams,



subcontractors, and consultants through the full project lifecycle.

About You

Across all roles, we are looking for people who bring:

- Relevant experience or study in construction, engineering, or project management
- A commitment to quality, safety, and delivering for clients
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively in fast-paced, compliance-driven environments
- Experience with Procore, Jobpac, or similar construction platforms (mid–senior roles)
- Australian citizenship or the right to work in Australia
