Your new role

Seeking professionals at a variety of levels for positions including:

- Manager - Business Services
- Senior Manager - Business Services & Tax

Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:
- Managing a portfolio of SME, family business and high-net-worth clients
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, BAS and compliance work
- Providing tax planning, structuring and business advisory services
- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser
- Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing mentorship
- Managing workflow, WIP and team performance
- Delivering SMSF compliance and advisory services
- Leading client meetings and contributing to business development initiatives
- Supporting firm growth through leadership, coaching and strategic input

What you'll need to succeed

- CA or CPA qualified,



or working towards completion
- Public practice accounting experience
- Strong technical knowledge across taxation, compliance and advisory
- Experience managing client relationships and deadlines
- SMSF experience for specialist superannuation opportunities
- Leadership, mentoring or staff management experience for supervisor and management positions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and client-focused approach with a desire to contribute to a positive team culture.
