This 5-week Mums & Bubs Yoga series is designed to help you reconnect with your body, strengthen your pelvic floor and core, and nurture your well-being while bonding with your baby.
Each week be guided through a postnatal yoga class to gently support your postnatal recovery, and strengthen your pelvic floor & core. Learn meditation & breathwork techniques to calm your nervous system. Following class stay around and enjoy time to connect with like-minded mums with babies of a similar age in a secure and supportive mother’s circle.
Weekly Cirlce Themes Week 1: Matrescence Discover what matrescence truly means - the profound transition into motherhood, and explore the evolution of mother 'becoming' and the remarkable neurological upgrade happening in your brain during this time.
Week 2: Preventing Postpartum Depletion Learn practical tools to protect your energy and wellbeing, so you can thrive in motherhood rather than run on empty.
Week 3:
Self-Care in Motherhood Redefine self-care in a way that feels realistic and nurturing for this season of life, and uncover small, powerful practices that make a big difference.
Week 4: Relationship Explore how motherhood reshapes your relationships and learn simple ways to stay connected, communicate your needs, and nurture deeper understanding in this new chapter.
