Partner closely with senior leaders to influence property strategy and commercial outcomes The Opportunity With responsibility for approximately 350 properties nationally, this role manages one of Australia's largest industrial property portfolios. Based in either Brisbane or Melbourne, you will be working closely with the Head of Group Property, the National Property Asset Manager is responsible for the commercial management and optimisation of a diverse national portfolio comprising owned and leased industrial, logistics and operational assets. Supported by a property team and partnering with stakeholders across the business, you will ensure property obligations are effectively managed while driving strong commercial outcomes and long-term portfolio value.

Key Responsibilities Lead the management and optimisation of Cleanaway's national property portfolio, comprising approximately 350 owned and leased assets.

Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, options and property-related agreements to deliver strong commercial outcomes.

Ensure all lease obligations, critical dates, rental commitments and compliance requirements are effectively managed.

Provide commercial oversight of portfolio budgets, outgoings, reporting and financial performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, landlords,



consultants and legal advisers while leading and developing a property team.

About You You Will Have

Significant experience managing large-scale industrial, logistics or multi-site commercial property portfolios.

Robust commercial leasing expertise, including lease negotiations, rent reviews and contractual agreements.

Well-developed financial acumen, including budgeting, outgoings reconciliation and portfolio reporting.

Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with diverse stakeholders across complex operational environments.

Experience identifying and delivering property portfolio improvements, including acquisitions, disposals, capital works or optimisation initiatives. Why join Cleanaway Competitive market salary package Career development opportunities
