Programmed Energy & Resources are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated New to Industry Recruitment Advisor to learn and manage the end to end recruitment process with our Major Mining Partners across the Pilbara Region, South Australia and Perth Metro area.
As a New to Industry Recruitment Advisor you'll join a high-performing, close-knit team in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment where no two days are the same.
About the Role
- Support high-volume blue-collar recruitment for our mining partners
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through a variety of recruitment channels.
- Help maintain talent pools to support current and future workforce requirements.
- Verify licences, tickets, qualifications, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including medical appointments and Drug & Alcohol testing.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate onboarding and mobilisation activities to ensure candidates are ready for deployment.
- Maintain accurate mobilisation trackers and employee records in line with company processes.
- Provide a professional, responsive, and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment and mobilisation process.
What We Are Looking For
- WA Drivers Licence
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Completion of Year 12 High School
- Microsoft Suite Competent - Excel & Outlook
- Attention to Deal
- Ability to Work Under Pressure
