As a night receptionist your will be responsible of following;

- Greet and assist late-arriving guests with check-ins and early check-outs.
- Handle guest and residential tenants and owners inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Conduct regular building walks to ensure guest and building security.
- Address any safety concerns or disturbances, coordinating with security if necessary.
- Maintain records of incidents and escalate to management when necessary.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and process reservations or cancellations.
- Manage hotel software to update room statuses, and guest preferences.
- Report any maintenance or operational issues encountered during the shift.
- Ensure the comfort and satisfaction of all guests and residents throughout the night.
- Provide information and assistance regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation.
- Handle emergencies such as fire alarms,



medical incidents, or guest conflicts, following hotel and building procedures.
- Coordinate with local authorities (police, fire department) when necessary.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all types of guests and team members
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

Job Type: Part time Pay: $26.44 per hour
