Permanent Part-time - Night Duty- 3 days roster for week 1 and 4 days for week 2 - On a rotating roster, work 1x weekend a fortnight Pay rate – $47.30 - $59 per hour + superannuation Not for profit employer, so you pay less tax! Reporting directly to the Care Manager at Villa Maria Unanderra which is 96 bed home, you will be providing a high standard of nursing clinical care with an individual, person centred approach to all residents within our residential aged care home. There will be 2-night Registered Nurse on the floor for the support.

About the Role Providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures

Acting as Team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team

Working in a safe manner to protect yourself,



your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and procedures To be successful in this role you’ll need A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly

Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar

Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards

Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes

Robust clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age – related health issues

Strong coaching/training skills

Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Competent IT skills
