Responsibilities and Duties
As a HR Truck Driver for the morning shift at Tibaldi, you will be a part of the Fresh Meats team based in Clayton, Victoria and will be involved in:
- Delivery operations, ensuring that our high-quality fresh meat products reach our customers promptly and efficiently.
- Perform manual and mechanical loading/unloading of our products onto your delivery vehicle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to safety standards.
- Safely drive and maneuver HR trucks across the Melbourne metropolitan region.
- Process load-out sheets, manifests and delivery dockets.
- Monitor cold storage inventory, reconciling dispatch figures with actual stock on hand.
- Verify that meat products are accurately labelled, correctly boxed, and dispatched at the correct chilled/frozen temperatures.
