We are seeking a reliable, switched-on, and experienced individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent on a part-time basis. This is your chance to showcase your expertise and contribute to the success of our establishment while shaping your own qualified future.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service by ensuring all guest needs and concerns are promptly addressed, ensuring their satisfaction throughout your stay.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Office including daily arrivals and departures.
- Responding to phone and email enquiries.
- Reservation and payment processing.
What you`ll need to succeed
- Proven minimum 1 year experience as a Guest Service Agent / Receptionist in a 4-5 star hotel environment.
- RMS experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Part-time
- Hours based on rotating roster within business hours of 7 AM - 11 PM.
