About the Role
Iconic Recruit is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join a dynamic team managing a portfolio of shopping centres on a 9 month contract. You will collaborate closely with the team to implement marketing strategies and deliver impactful campaigns. This role focuses on building strong relationships with stakeholders to drive sales and foot traffic in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Support the National Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies and calendars tailored to centre catchment demographics
- Maintain an engaging and results-driven marketing plan, delivering campaigns and activations that boost centre performance
- Strengthen retailer partnerships to support campaign delivery and drive increased sales and foot traffic




- Track and report on the return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns and activations
- Build and nurture solid relationships with tenants, customers, suppliers, community groups, and key stakeholders

Skills and experience required for this role

- Previous experience in shopping centre marketing
- Strong experience with digital and social media marketing platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for building relationships with tenants and internal stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
