Wesfarmers Health in Melbourne is seeking a dynamic Shift Manager for the Night Shift at the Melbourne Distribution Centre in Dandenong. The role runs 10pm to 6am, leading a team of Team Managers and Labour Hire staff to ensure safe, smooth and efficient operations in the Dandenong facility.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive safety, meet KPIs, and foster continuous improvement, with a focus on building capability and succession planning within a fast-paced FMCG setting.
