About the Role

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll oversee a team of maintenance plumbers while supporting the business with quoting, estimating, and operational coordination.

You will:

- Lead, mentor, and support a team of field plumbers
- Provide technical guidance and problem‑solving support
- Prepare quotes and estimates for maintenance and repair works
- Assist with scheduling, job allocation, and workflow coordination
- Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently,



and to a high standard
- Maintain robust relationships with clients and internal teams

What You Bring

- Registered Plumber (Victoria)
- Strong background in maintenance and service plumbing
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Experience in quoting and estimating plumbing works
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
- Commitment to safety, quality, and team culture
- Capable with computer systems, email and job management software
