Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):

Maintain regular communication with current landlords

Organise repairs and maintenance to managed properties and inspect where necessary

Organise and conduct:vacating or final inspections

Prepare, lodge and present applications to the VCAT and act in accordance with orders

Authorise payments of client’s outgoings

If required, attend to client’s insurance claims and payments

Carry out rent reviews and lease renewals

Complete and file appropriately all bond lodgements, bond transfers and bond claims





Attend meetings and training as directed.

Duties as requested by agency principal.

OverseeProperty Managementteam compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation.

Identify challenges and be solution focused to address these on behalf of and in collaboration with the team

Identify strengths specific leverage and maintain best practices

Organised, reliable and be willing to take on a diverse range of tasks

To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:

Must have prior experience in all aspects of property management

Current Industry standard certifications

Finely tuned negotiation skills

Excellent phone manner

Corporate presentation

An eye for attention to detail
