We are currently seeking an organised, detail focused and motivated VicRoads Registration Co Ordinator to join our growing team.

This is a fast paced and rewarding role that plays a critical part in ensuring every new vehicle is delivered accurately, efficiently and on time. With around 200 vehicle deliveries each month, no two days are ever the same.

Your Role

You will be responsible for:

- Registering new vehicles online through VicRoads
- Creating and maintaining accurate vehicle records within our Dealer Management System
- Preparing and checking registration paperwork to ensure complete accuracy
- Allocating registration plates prior to vehicle delivery
- Registering dealership demonstrator vehicles
- Preparing extended warranty documentation
- Assisting the wider administration team wherever required

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous vehicle registration experience is highly regarded,



but not essential
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- A willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed
