At Dream Courts Pty Ltd, we are Australia’s leading provider of premium residential and commercial sports court installations. Our mission is to transform indoor and outdoor spaces into vibrant, high-performance athletic courts that inspire active lifestyles. Backed by a strong national network, we pride ourselves on exceptional quality, innovation, and service.

About the Role

Are you an experienced trade professional or Project Manager ready to step into a key leadership role? We are seeking a driven, hands‑on NSW Operations Manager to lead our New South Wales operations from our Northmead facility.

In this role, you will be the face of Dream Courts across Sydney and broader NSW. You will manage 2 to 3 installation teams, oversee client relationships, and ensure seamless delivery across a fast‑paced mix of high‑end residential, commercial, and educational projects.

You will have full autonomy to control your own calendar and schedule your team’s weekly workflows. While taking total ownership of NSW site operations, quality assurance, and client management, you won't be alone—you’ll be backed by our national operations network based in Melbourne and Perth.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Directly lead, mentor,

and coordinate 2–3 installation crews to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

- Scheduling & Operations: Manage daily and weekly schedules for yourself and your installation teams across concurrent residential and commercial sites.

- Client Engagement: Act as the primary NSW point of contact, conducting site checks, establishing rapport with clients, and ensuring high-level customer satisfaction.

- Quality Assurance: Perform hands‑on pre‑work assessments, site checks, and final quality inspections to ensure all court builds meet brand standards.

- Contractor Management: Work closely with established trade partners, including regular coordination with dedicated concreting and fencing contractors.

- Digital Project Management: Utilize modern software tools to track project milestones, manage team schedules, and communicate across departments.

What We Are Looking For

- Trade & On‑the‑Tools Experience: Solid background in trades, with practical site experience.

- Landscaping / Civil Background: Proven experience in landscaping, site preparation, or groundworks is essential.

- People Leadership: Proven track record in managing site teams, scheduling workflows, and running multi‑site operations.

- Practical Problem Solver:

A proactive mindset with sharp troubleshooting skills when site challenges arise.

- Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable using operational software such as Monday.com, Employment Hero, MS Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Compliance Requirements

- Valid Australian Driver's Licence (clean driving record).

- Clean Pre‑Employment Police Check.

- Working with Children Check (WWCC) — required upon onboarding, as projects frequently include school installations.

- Full Working Rights in Australia (Immediate visa sponsorship considered for the right candidate).

Training & National Support

We set our managers up for long‑term success with structured onboarding:

- Comprehensive Onboarding: Full hands‑on training provided, including initial travel to our Melbourne HQ and on‑site field training in NSW.

- 1-on-1 Systems Training: Work alongside a dedicated on‑site expert to master our custom scheduling and project platforms.

- National Network: Ongoing operational, administrative, and strategic support from State Managers across Australia and our National Operations teams in Melbourne and Perth.

What We Offer

- Company Vehicle: 2025 Ford Ranger Dual Cab + Fuel Card.

- Dedicated Workspace & Tech: Dedicated office space at our Northmead hub equipped with a phone, iPad, laptop/computer, and required software.

- Competitive Remuneration: Attractive salary package matching experience.

- Autonomy & Variety: A balanced mix of office‑based scheduling, client meetings, and active site visits.

- Career Growth: Stability, professional development, and backing from a market‑leading national brand.
