With a steady pipeline of projects and exciting growth plans, they’re looking for a Design Lead to mentor their team while remaining hands-on across high-quality workplace projects.

The Role

This is a genuine leadership opportunity where you’ll balance design excellence with team development and client engagement.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading, mentoring and inspiring a team of Interior Designers
- Driving projects from briefing and concept through to documentation
- Presenting design solutions and managing key client relationships
- Overseeing design quality across multiple workplace projects




- Collaborating with project managers and consultants to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the studio

About You

You’ll bring:

- 8+ years' experience delivering commercial workplace interior projects
- Strong leadership or mentoring experience
- Excellent concept design, space planning and documentation skills
- Confidence presenting to clients and leading design workshops
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- A cooperative, positive and commercially minded approach
