The Role

We are seeking an experienced and polished Client Advisor to join their boutique team. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional and personalised shopping experience that reflects the artistry and elegance of their collections.
As a trusted style expert and brand ambassador, your role will go beyond sales-it will be about building lasting relationships, nurturing loyalty, and conveying the values and heritage of their brand with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a luxury, client-centric experience that exceeds expectations
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships using CRM tools and tailored clienteling strategies
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and styling advice to clients




- Assist in the visual presentation of the boutique, ensuring brand standards are upheld
- Support boutique events, VIP appointments, and launches
- Maintain high standards of grooming, behaviour, and professionalism at all times

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a premium or luxury retail environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a loyal client base
- Solid CRM and clienteling skills, with a genuine passion for developing lasting customer relationships
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- A refined eye for style, textiles, and the subtleties of feminine tailoring
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- A deep appreciation for fashion, design, and the craftsmanship behind luxury garments
