We require afull time garden maintenance Team Leader to join our growing team servicing the Werribee and Bellarine region.
Supporting our Bellarine area manager, this role will require sound horticultural knowledge and an ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff members. The ability to organise and manage daily tasks and staffworkload at each site will be key requirement of this position
The role is wide and varied and covers all manner of horticultural practices. These range from plant establishment, pruning of small to large hedges, pruning a variety of styles oftopiary,weed control, irrigation, soft landscaping and lawn care.

What We Are Seeking.
- Certificate III or IVin horticulture
- Minimum 3 years ofgardenmaintenance experience
- Strong plant knowledge
- A friendly, outgoing nature with good communication skills
- Strong work ethic, punctual, reliable and honest
- Basic computer skills
