- Safe operation of production machinery
- Completing paperwork & conducting quality checks
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
- Following company policies, procedures & safe work practices
What We're Looking For
We're seeking team players who are reliable, hardworking, and eager to grow.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience in machine operation (manufacturing preferred)
- Previous leadership experience is desirable
- Solid problem-solving and fault-finding abilities
- High attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good WHS awareness and knowledge of production processes
- Clear written and verbal English communication
- Basic conversational level English comprehension required for written documentation
- Background in EPS manufacturing
