An opportunity exists for an experienced Vendor Manager to join a large-scale technology transformation program currently in delivery phase.
Working within a commercial team, you will be responsible for managing complex ICT vendor contracts, monitoring contractual performance, identifying risks and compliance issues, and providing practical contract advice to project stakeholders. This role sits at the intersection of commercial management, governance and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with major technology vendors
- Interpret and advise on complex ICT contracts
- Monitor milestones, deliverables, service levels and contractual obligations
- Identify and resolve contract risks, issues and non-compliance
- Support governance, reporting and change control processes
- Work closely with project, commercial and legal stakeholders to drive outcomes.
About You
- Strong experience in vendor, contract or commercial management
- Exposure to large-scale ICT, systems implementation or transformation programs
- The ability to interpret complex contracts and translate obligations into practical actions
- Experience managing risk, compliance and vendor performance
- A proactive and autonomous working style
- Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Government experience is beneficial but not essential. Candidates from major ICT, technology, infrastructure, utilities or consulting environments are encouraged to apply.
