Proficiency in the establishment of therapeutic relationships, incorporating health education, advocacy and culturally competent professional practices that facilitate achieving patient identified goals and optimised health experiences.





Demonstrated ability to collaborate at a work unit/service area level and/or across professions to ensure effective service delivery and quality outcomes.

Applied knowledge of quality improvement frameworks and associated quality processes inclusive of the integration of nursing / midwifery research, identifying experiences that evidence a professional commitment to contributing to quality improvement.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and provide independent professional judgement and expertise in problem solving and clinical management.
