Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) About The Role Your clinical knowledge is more valuable than you think — beyond the bedside. Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Evaluate AI-generated clinical content, workflows, and documentation for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability
Translate nursing workflows and clinical needs into clear, structured feedback that improves AI system design
Review and assess AI outputs related to EHR systems, clinical decision support, and health data management
Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe recommendations in AI-generated healthcare content
Provide structured, expert feedback using defined evaluation frameworks
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are Registered Nurse (RN)
or equivalent clinical background with hands-on experience in a healthcare setting
Experience working with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
Solid understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing informatics principles
Strong analytical skills — able to evaluate clinical data and identify workflow or system issues
Clear, precise written communication skills
Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently Nice to Have Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or nursing informatics specialist roles
Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
Familiarity with clinical decision support tools or population health platforms
