About The Role This is a community-based Occupational Therapy position delivering services throughout metropolitan Adelaide. Working within community aged care, you will support clients across a broad range of functional and therapeutic needs.

Goal-based therapy and capacity building You will work independently while being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Your Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments

Develop individualised, goal-focused therapy plans

Prescribe assistive technology and environmental modifications

Deliver evidence-based interventions within community settings

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting

Collaborate with families, carers, and healthcare professionals

About You You are an Occupational Therapist who: Enjoys community-based practice

Has strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

Works confidently both independently and collaboratively





Is organised and adaptable

Values practical, person-centred care

Builds positive relationships with clients and stakeholders

Would be wiling to work Full Time or Part Time (a minimum of 3 days a week if Part Time) This role is best suited to clinicians with prior community or aged care experience.

Essential Requirements Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy

Current AHPRA registration

Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience preferred

Current SA driver’s licence

National Police Clearance

Current First Aid & CPR certification
