Learners has been a trusted provider of paediatric occupational therapy for 12 years on Brisbane’s Southside. We’re an NDIS-registered provider with a passionate team OTs — from early career to highly experienced senior clinicians — who work together to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed care for children and families.

Your Week in Practice A balanced mix of clinic-based sessions and local community visits (planned for daily flow) Play-based, evidence-informed and strengths-focused therapy for children and teens (2-17 yrs)

Collaboration with families, educators, and other therapists

Protected time for prep, notes, reports, and reflection

Regular supervision and mentoring with experienced and senior OTs who love supporting and cheering you on

About You

Experienced OT or Early Career OT (minimum 1-2 years experience in Paediatrics)

Passionate about paediatrics, play, and helping children thrive

Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, supportive team and value connection, shared learning, and communication

Hold a current Blue Card (QLD), NDIS Worker Check and driver’s licence The Opportunity

Salary: $90k – $110k + super + bonus program + CPD + travel allowance + parental leave + leave flexibility Half-day Fridays to support work-life balance (extend your weekend!)
