Founded in January 2024, The Fundamental Occupational Therapist is currently a mobile service offering occupational therapy services to children aged 0-16 servicing the NDIS and private sectors in the Tamworth region. We are passionate about making therapy FUN and meaningful for all involved.

We are seeking a passionate, motivated and fun Occupational Therapist (Paediatric) to join our team! The role will include:

- Conducting assessments and therapy sessions directly with children aged 0 to 16 based on individualised treatment programs with a variety of developmental levels.
- Preparing treatment plans and activities to achieve meaningful goals and outcomes for an allocated caseload.
- Supporting clients, their families and key stakeholders to support participants to stay reach their full potential in meaningful and holistic way that is evidence-based.
- Documenting client progress and providing feedback to broader therapy teams to assist in refining treatment plans.
- Actively participating in interdisciplinary learning with opportunities to attend Professional Development sessions and gain insights into various therapy approaches.




- Working collaboratively as part of a small team.

- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy & AHPRA registration
- Current driver’s licence and your own vehicle
- Valid Working with Children’s Check (WWCC)
- CPR & First Aid Certificates
