We're looking for an experienced Office Administrator / Scheduler who enjoys working in a busy office environment.

About the Role
This position is much more than administration.
As our Office Administrator/Scheduler you'll become a vital part of our Operations Team, ensuring our technicians, customers and office all stay connected and running efficiently.
You'll be responsible for coordinating daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling technicians and coordinating daily service appointments
- Managing technician calendars and work allocation
- Customer Service via phone and email
- Liaising with commercial clients, property managers and business owners
- Preparing newsletters and client communications
- General office administration
- Maintaining customer records and job information
- Assisting with project coordination and operational workflow
- Following up outstanding invoices and customer accounts
- Supporting social media and marketing activities
- Working within our job management system UpTick (training provided)
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys being the person that keeps everything organised.
You'll ideally have experience in one or more of the following:
- Office Administration
- Service Coordination
- Scheduling technicians or trades
- Customer Service
- Administration Support
- Project Coordination

Salary
$19.00 - $27.00 per hour
