As our organisation continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated NDIS Business Growth & Operations Manager to lead business development, participant onboarding, operational compliance, and service delivery while ensuring an exceptional participant experience.

As our organisation continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated NDIS Business Growth & Operations Manager to lead business development, participant onboarding, operational compliance, and service delivery while ensuring an exceptional participant experience.

About the Role

The NDIS Business Growth & Operations Manager plays a key leadership role in driving organisational growth, managing participant intake and onboarding, maintaining operational compliance, overseeing revenue and invoicing processes, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the organisation.

This position is responsible for building strong referral partnerships, ensuring seamless participant transitions into services, maintaining compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards, and supporting sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

- Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand Pro Care Assist's services across NSW.

- Manage participant enquiries and referrals from initial contact through to service commencement.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators (LACs), hospitals,



allied health professionals, discharge planners, community organisations and other referral partners.

- Represent Pro Care Assist at networking events, expos, stakeholder meetings and community forums.

- Monitor referral pipelines and generate regular business development and performance reports.

- Identify new opportunities for service expansion and strategic partnerships.

Participant Intake & Service Onboarding

- Coordinate participant intake from referral through to commencement of services.

- Prepare Service Agreements, Schedule of Supports, Consent Forms, Risk Assessments and all onboarding documentation.

- Liaise with participants, families, guardians and nominees throughout the onboarding process.

- Coordinate with HR, rostering, support workers and management to ensure services commence smoothly.

- Ensure participant information is accurately maintained within the client management system.

- Deliver a positive and professional onboarding experience for all participants.

Operations Management

- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery.

- Support recruitment planning in collaboration with HR.

- Assist with workforce planning and service capacity management.

- Monitor participant satisfaction and resolve operational issues promptly.

- Provide leadership and operational guidance to administration and coordination staff.

- Participate in the after-hours on-call roster where required.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

- Ensure compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators.

- Maintain organisational policies, procedures and compliance registers.

- Monitor staff compliance, including Worker Screening Checks, mandatory training and qualifications.

- Coordinate internal audits and prepare documentation for NDIS audits.

- Maintain incident management, complaints and feedback registers.

- Prepare monthly operational and compliance reports for management.

NDIS Invoicing & Revenue Management

- Oversee weekly and monthly participant invoicing.

- Ensure claims are submitted accurately in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.





- Monitor rejected claims and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.

- Maintain accurate funding utilisation records.

- Work closely with finance to maximise revenue capture and minimise funding risks.

About You

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

- Minimum three (3) years' experience in the NDIS or disability sector.

- Demonstrated experience in business development, participant onboarding and operational management.

- Strong knowledge of the NDIS Act, NDIS Practice Standards, NDIS Code of Conduct and NDIS Pricing Arrangements.

- Experience using client management systems, rostering software and Microsoft Office.

- Excellent leadership, organisational and time management skills.

- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

- Ability to build and maintain robust skilled relationships.

- High attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently while leading a collaborative team.

Essential Requirements

- Qualification in Community Services, Disability, Business, Social Work, Health or a related discipline.

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.

- Current Working With Children Check.

- National Police Check.

- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain within one month).

- Current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence.

- Full Australian working rights.

Desirable

- Experience with ShiftCare, Brevity, CareMaster or similar NDIS software.

- Experience in SIL, Community Participation, Support Coordination and Complex Care.

- Existing referral networks within the NDIS sector.

- Knowledge of Quality & Safeguards Commission audit requirements.

- Experience managing teams and operational performance.
