About the role

As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Your responsibilities will include:

Reception & Client Service

Welcoming clients, visitors and legal professionals with warmth and professionalism

Managing incoming calls with empathy and exceptional customer service





Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring they are prepared for client meetings

Creating a positive first impression that reflects our client-focused culture

Office & File Administration

Opening and maintaining electronic client files

Scanning, filing and archiving legal documentation

Managing incoming mail and radiology requests

Providing administrative support to our legal and accounts teams

Assisting with file closures and maintaining accurate records

Office Operations

Keeping kitchens, meeting rooms and shared spaces well presented

Monitoring and replenishing office, kitchen and stationery supplies

Preparing client welcome packs

Assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the office

Events & Team Support

Assisting with the setup of mediations, meetings and training sessions

Coordinating catering for meetings and internal events

Supporting team functions and social activities

Mail & Court Deliveries

Processing incoming and outgoing mail

Printing, franking and preparing legal documents for dispatch

Assisting with court and document deliveries when required

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and enjoys helping others. You'll bring:

Previous experience in a reception, office administration or client service role

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

A professional and polished presentation

Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail

The ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed
