About The Woods Farm
The Woods Farm is an award-winning wedding venue set on 40 acres near Jervis Bay. We host exclusive-use destination weddings where couples and their guests can relax, celebrate and create unforgettable memories surrounded by beautiful grounds, animals, cottages and glamping accommodation.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable Sales Manager to become the first point of contact for couples considering The Woods Farm for their wedding day.
The Role
This role is all about helping couples find the perfect venue for one of the most significant moments of their lives.
You will guide couples through their wedding planning journey from their first enquiry through to booking, helping them understand everything The Woods Farm has to offer and ensuring they receive an exceptional experience from the very first interaction.
This is a dedicated sales role focused on inspections, consultations, follow-up and relationship building. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure enquiries are nurtured and converted into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to wedding enquiries via phone, email and social media.
- Build relationships with prospective couples.
- Book and manage venue inspections.
- Conduct in-person venue tours.
- Conduct virtual tours via Zoom, phone and social media.
- Follow up enquiries through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and notes.
- Work closely with the Brand Development Manager on lead generation initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Chief Growth Officer on sales strategy and venue occupancy.
- Organise and host venue open days and showcase events.
- Provide an exceptional experience for every prospective couple.

- Number of inspections booked

The Sales Manager's focus is supporting prospective couples, conducting inspections, managing enquiries and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. The role is not responsible for wedding operations, housekeeping, guest services or event delivery.
