Our client is a well-established client-side project management consultancy, delivering high-quality projects across the residential, commercial and infrastructure sectors.

Known for their professionalism, integrity and client-first approach, they've built a strong reputation as a trusted project partner. As the business continues to grow,



they're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who can help streamline operations, support strategic initiatives and ensure the business continues to operate at the highest standard.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll provide high-level executive support while also taking ownership of key operational and administrative functions across the business.

You'll become the central point of coordination, ensuring priorities stay on track while supporting business operations, client relationships, compliance, marketing and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-level Executive Assistant support to the Managing Director
- Manage complex calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel arrangements and correspondence
- Coordinate office administration and day-to-day business operations
- Prepare reports, presentations, proposals and executive documentation
- Maintain quality management systems, policies, procedures and compliance documentation
- Coordinate audits, document control and continuous improvement initiatives
- Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, suppliers and key stakeholders
- Support business development activities, tenders and project submissions




- Coordinate marketing initiatives, social media and digital content
- Assist with onboarding, HR administration and internal business processes
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows and operational efficiency

Who we're looking for:

You'll be a polished, proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant who enjoys taking ownership and building trusted relationships.

You'll bring:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator or Executive Support professional
- Experience supporting C-suite executives, Directors or Managing Directors
- Exceptional organisational, communication and time management skills
- Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Experience using Canva, Meta Business Suite and other digital platforms
- Confidence working independently while supporting a busy executive
- Business Administration qualifications (highly regarded)
- Previous experience within qualified services, construction, engineering, architecture or project management will be highly regarded

This isn't your typical Executive Assistant role.

You'll become a genuine extension of the Managing Director, contributing to business strategy, operational improvements and the continued growth of a successful consultancy.
