Import Operations - International Freight Forwarding

A stable and rapidly growing International Freight Forwarder is seeking a seasoned Import Operations Specialist to service Import LCL/FCL/Airfreight customers. Located in Tullamarine, VIC.

About the role:

- Handle FCL / LCL import shipments from local arrival through to delivery and billing.
- Ensure shipments are customs cleared and ready for delivery.
- Liaise with shipping lines, co-loaders and transport companies
- Ensure all customer details are maintained and kept up to date.
- Assist customers with any enquiries
- Utilise CW1 and PAVE

About you:

- 2+ years Import sea local Freight Forwarder experience
- 1+ years experience with Cargowise1
- Solid attention to detail




- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Adaptable
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
