YMCA Victoria is hiring an Operations Coordinator for Kensington Community Aquatic and Recreation Centre. You will supervise the Duty Manager and Lifeguard teams, oversee recruitment and onboarding, and support training, rostering and timesheets to ensure daily operations meet quality standards.

You will manage Health & Safety, Risk, and asset maintenance, including contractor relationships, while upholding contractual requirements and industry guidelines.
