Chute Services Australia is the premier high-rise building recycling and linenchute maintenance company in Australia's Eastern states.Our service department has a strong reputation for providing our customers with exceptional service & maintenance. This stems from the coordination of our dedicated team of technicians to perform both reactive and preventative maintenance.

We are seeking the immediate start for an experienced and dedicated and talented Part -Time Operations Co-Ordinator to become a pivotal member within our team assisting with scheduling technicians. This role is part-time and school hours friendly - 30 hours/week.

You shall be responsible for the following duties:

- Triage all inbound calls.
- End-to-end job management of work orders aligned with various customer contractual requirements including ensuring pricing and invoices are completed and sent in a timely manner.
- When current work orders are generated, review appointment schedule and resource capacity and allocate the job accordingly.
- Schedule appointments, resource the required works with technicians, spares, materials, travel arrangements, and equipment.
- Account management, utilising effective communication and stakeholder management skills to resolve queries and provide updates within an agreed timeframe.




- Diagnose customer issues when engaging on phone calls or emails, and (where possible within your purview), provide a cost-effective and viable solution.
- Complete the necessary administration and accounts in conjunction with daily coordination duties
- Ensure invoicing of customers is completed within 24 hours of completion of the work.
- Review Aged Receivables and use discretion when booking new work orders for Customers trading outside CSA credit terms.
- Debt collection for outstanding invoices.
- Process all creditor invoices as required.
- Manage all OH & S requirements
- Ad hock admin tasks as required

To be successful in this role you willneed;

- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to multitask
- High attention to detail
- Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly experienced in MS 365
- Friendly, professional, and can-do attitude.
- Experience using SimPRO (preferred) or other workforce management systems.
