The Brisbane Broncos are seeking a General Manager – Membership & Ticketing to lead the strategic growth, commercial performance and continued evolution of the Club’s membership, ticketing and consumer experience portfolio.

How you can play a part

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this newly created role will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, commercial performance and continued evolution of the Club’s membership and ticketing portfolio.

Membership is the Club’s most important relationship with its supporters. Beyond driving commercial outcomes, this role exists to strengthen the lifelong connection between the Brisbane Broncos and it’s members, creating a genuine sense of belonging whilst delivering sustainable commercial growth through exceptional consumer experiences. This will include:

- Developing and delivering a multi-year membership, ticketing and consumer strategy aligned to the Club’s business plan and commercial objectives
- Owning the membership and ticketing revenue strategy, budgets, forecasts and overall financial performance
- Driving membership acquisition, retention, loyalty, product development and pricing
- Growing gate revenue and attendance across NRL and NRLW fixtures
- Leading ticket pricing, yield management, inventory allocation and stadium utilisation strategies




- Shaping the end-to-end member and fan experience across membership, ticketing and game day touchpoints
- Using consumer insights, CRM capability, data, technology and automation to improve engagement, conversion and commercial performance
- Setting the strategic direction for consumer systems, reporting and technology capability
- Identifying and delivering new products, partnerships, experiences and commercial growth opportunities
- Managing key ticketing, CRM, technology, research, supplier and stakeholder relationships
- Providing clear performance reporting, insights and recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team and Board
- Leading and developing a high-performing, consumer-focused and commercially accountable team.

To be considered

To be considered for this opportunity you will have:

- Senior leadership experience in membership, ticketing, consumer revenue, customer experience or a comparable commercial environment
- A proven track record of driving sustained revenue growth, profitability, loyalty and customer engagement
- Strong commercial acumen, including P&L; ownership, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, yield management and cost control
- Experience developing and executing strategy, annual business plans and long-range financial forecasts
- Demonstrated success in membership growth, retention, product development and consumer experience
- Strong experience using CRM, data, technology and automation to improve commercial performance and customer outcomes
- Confidence interpreting financial, operational and consumer data to guide decisions and turn insights into action




- Solid stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, develop people and create a high-performance operating rhythm
- Experience preparing Executive Leadership Team and Board-level reporting and recommendations
- Strong judgement, problem-solving and change leadership capability
- The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-profile and values-led environment.

Experience within sport, entertainment, major events, venues or another fan-based consumer environment will also be highly regarded.
