St Peter's College is a Catholic Co-educational Secondary College in Melbourne's south-east region that has a proud history of fostering the educational and spiritual development of its students. Applications are invited for 4 months Leave Replacement position of Human Resources Officer. This position is being offered as a fixed term and full-time position. The position is available for immediate commencement and will conclude on 18 December 2026.

Will actively support the Catholic Identity of the College

Have a strong understanding of relevant legislation including the Fair Work Act, DOSCEL/CEMEA (or similar) Agreement Interpretation and is able to implement robust procedures accordingly.

Possess a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in HR Coordinator/Officer roles.

Able to work as part of a collaborative team.





Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.

Experience in a school environment would be highly desirable.

Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with valid work rights.

The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children and will hold current employee Working With Children's Check and National Police Check.

In accordance with the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Agreement 2022, from 7 July 2025, the salary range for the position is Category C, Level 4 Education Support Staff.
