Salary: $70k + Super (negotiable on Industry experience)
Hours: 7am-3.30pm, 7.30am - 4pm and 8am- 4.30pm (Starting times can be flexible)
Dandenong South Co., a successful and well established leading outdoor Timber supplier, have an chance for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service person to handle wholesale sales and customer orders.
Experience or a background in wholesale sales within the building/building product industry is required .
About the role
As a Customer Service Officer you will play a pivotal role in ensuring sales support for new and existing clients, providing product information, Product quoting & pricing, Organising customer orders for delivery and ensure all customers needs are followed up.
You will possess a good understanding of logistics and transport deliveries, have excellent organisational and prioritising skills and be able to work in a team environment.
Skills and Experience
- Experience working with Wholesale customers and orders (Bunnings, or high value Wholesale Customers)
- Handle daily Sales administrative tasks
- Able to assist in Quoting and Pricing products
- Coordinating and processing of daily customer ordersManage the daily transport scheduling (incoming and outgoing)
- Possess excellent customer service and sales skills
- Able to achieve daily KPI's and targets
- Possess a solid background and knowledge of logistics and transport processes
- Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word & Excel
