Kinrise is seeking a hands-on Despatch Supervisor to join our Hallam baking team in Victoria. You will lead a small group of Warehouse Operators, coordinating with transport providers to ensure cakes reach customers safely and on time.
You must hold a valid forklift license, bring five+ years in supervisory roles in food-despatch settings, and demonstrate coaching, leadership, and robust communication to optimise daily operations. SAP experience is a plus.
