The Opportunity

Lumus Imaging Epping are currently looking for an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our young friendly professional team working in our medical imaging department. Reporting to the Nuclear Medicine Supervisor you will rotating between the Epping Consulting Suites (PET) and the Northern Private Hospital (NM), you may have the opportunity to also travel to Werribee if required to cover on-call/leave.

This is a great opportunity to be involved with our expansion and get yourself into a full time role with our very experienced, close knit Nuclear Medicine and PET team. Working on a brand new United Imaging Digital PET/CT within a busy department providing superior patient experience.

Lumus Imaging has also been confirmed to be located in the New Epping Health Hub. The New Epping Health Hub is situated in the north's largest public-privatehealth cluster, with two hospitals, established education and research facilities, and a variety of medical services. Founded on the principles of health and innovation, the $1 billion New Epping Health Hub is the premier location for healthcare in Melbourne’s north

To be successful:

- Commitment to the provision and promotion of quality health care within the confines of a multi-camera private practice setting
- Demonstrated ability to perform high-quality Nuclear Medicine examinations employing correct techniques to the accepted industry standard or above
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff and other medical and non-medical personnel
- A recognised qualification in Nuclear Medicine
- Experience in general NM and SPECT/CT, with a knowledge of GE imaging platforms being an advantage.
- AHPRA registration
- Current Victorian Radiation Use licence - Including Diagnostic CT would be preferred

All qualification levels will be considered for this role.
