We are seeking an experienced retail manager to work in our Wagga store. You’ll be involved in all aspects of managing a retail toy store, coaching and leading a team of staff, and interacting with customers on a daily basis.

Working closely with head office and your team of trusted staff, your role as a key member of the team, will be ensuring the smooth running of the store and bringing smiles to children and adults alike. Your role will include:
- key holder - opening and closing procedures
- daily team delegation and motivation
- team building
- inventory management
- integrated involvement with head office
- administration, rostering and banking
- exceptional customer service
- register operations and cash handling
- creative merchandising + store upkeep
- stock handling
- fulfilment of weekly training courses
- learning about toys, games and hobbies
