Better Care Delivered is seeking compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our SIL team in Bowral, New South Wales. You will provide person-centred support to residents living with Down syndrome, Dementia and Diabetes in a Supported Independent Living home.
We offer paid induction and buddy shifts, access to online learning and development, face-to-face training, the Employee Wellbeing Assistance Program, and a supportive team setting with opportunities to grow.
