OZ Design is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager - VIC West to lead and support our Western and Regional Victorian stores, including Albury, Geelong and Hoppers Crossing, with potential expansion. Reporting to the Head of Retail, this is a key leadership role with a real statewide impact.
You will drive people development, store standards, rostering, inventory control, and compliance while analysing sales trends and creating action plans to grow performance.
