Are you passionate about delivering unforgettable holiday experiences and thriving in a vibrant, guest-focused environment? Look no further! Park Lane Holiday Parks is searching for a dynamic and enthusiastic Guest Experience Officer to help create magical getaways for our guests. You will be a key player in ensuring every guest's stay is seamless and memorable.





You will help make every guest stay smooth, welcoming and memorable.

- Welcome guests and provide front desk support

- Manage bookings, payments and guest enquiries

- Answer phone calls and emails promptly

- Resolve guest concerns with care and professionalism

- Promote park activities and accommodation options

What You’ll Bring

You enjoy helping people and thrive in a busy environment.

- Strong customer service skills

- Clear communication and a positive attitude

- Good organisation and attention to detail

- Confidence using booking systems and computers

- Ability to work both independently and in a team

- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) and Australian work rights
