Wintringham is seeking a flexible HHS Support/Case Worker at Delahey Independent Living to support older people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity. You will provide person-centred case management, advocacy, and service coordination to help clients maintain tenancies, access housing, health, CHSP, NDIS, and related supports, in line with our social justice values.

This casual, part time role offers a competitive hourly rate, opportunities for development, and a supportive workplace
