Bupa Bateau Bay is seeking a Quality and Education Manager to lead quality governance, drive improvement and coach the leadership team in line with Aged Care Quality Standards. The role focuses on ensuring competency, compliance, and continuous improvement across the home.

You will develop training, coordinate audits, report on quality indicators, and support readiness for government programs. Bachelor of Nursing with APHRA is essential; postgraduate aged care and TAE desirable; relocation
