Job Description

Optimising Pty Ltd, located in Richmond, VIC, is a marketing firm specialising in SEO for businesses big and small. We require a full-time Marketing Specialist to work 38 hours per week. The successful applicant must possess a relevant Bachelor's qualification and at least 3 years of relevant marketing experience.

Perks

- We are offering an annual salary of $80,000 plus superannuation.
- Salary: $75000-80000

Task & responsibilities

- Conceptualise, plan, and create unique marketing and advertising content for various campaigns, marketing materials, and company clients.
- Analyse consumer data and advise and strategize based on patterns to present new and existing products to the market.
- Rewrite existing client content with a fine-tuned SEO focus, including identifying newly emerged market opportunities and adapting content appropriately to introduce and promote goods and services.
- Implement and upload content to client websites, and continue to monitor results to support business growth.
- Undertake market research to interpret current and predict future trends.




- Advise management and stakeholders on marketing best practices, educate the wider team on marketing and branding impact, and execute company training and marketing updates.
- Create and manage the marketing plan, allocate resources between initiatives, and set goals against a marketing budget, checking balances and reporting performance.

Qualification & experience

- A minimum of a relevant Bachelor's qualification.
- At least 3 years of marketing experience.
- Must have a detailed understanding of SEO from a functional level.
- Have excellent teamwork and strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Have a passion for marketing and be a strong team player.
- Be a self-starter and highly motivated.
- Experience with a range of digital marketing and business platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Adobe Photoshop, Hootsuite, HubSpot, and Social Studio, would be highly regarded.
