About the Role

ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services is looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Analyst to support operational excellence and business performance across the organization. In this role, you will analyze operational data, identify process improvement opportunities, develop performance reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

? Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Analysis

- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational performance reports.
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Support operational forecasting, resource planning, and capacity analysis.

Process Improvement
- Review and optimize business processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Assist in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
- Support digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects across departments.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and operational standards.





Reporting & Business Support
- Collect, validate, and maintain operational data from multiple systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of operational data.
- Support ad hoc reporting, business analysis, and strategic projects.
- Assist management with performance reviews and operational planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Project Management, Academic, and Business Development teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve business performance.
- Support project implementation and organizational initiatives.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to management and project teams.

✅ Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, consulting, project coordination, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or business management systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.




- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
