About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Coordinator/Administrator with experience in construction, building products, equipment hire, logistics, or a similar operational environment to support our Sydney, Canberra, and Newcastle modular hire branches.

This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is comfortable working in a high-volume operational setting, managing competing priorities, supporting multiple sites, and adapting quickly to changing business needs.

You will play a key role in coordinating stock, procurement, invoicing, reporting, and logistics-related administration while working closely with various teams across the business.

Candidates must be able to work from the Seven Hills location until early 2027, after which the role will relocate to Badgerys Creek.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee monthly stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records
- Create, update, and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
- Assist with service requests and associated administrative tasks
- Process invoices with accurate cost centre allocation
- Coordinate returns processing and ensure all documentation is completed correctly
- Provide administrative support for transport and logistics systems
- Contribute to a shared call queue, providing support across multiple service centres
- Generate reports, analyse data, and provide meaningful operational insights
- Liaise with site managers, operators, and support teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operations

About You

- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration, operations support, or service coordination role
- Previous experience within construction, building products,



industrial services, equipment hire, transport, logistics, manufacturing, or a similar fast-paced operational setting is essential
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple sites, branches, depots, or operational teams simultaneously
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines and changing priorities
- Agile and adaptable, with the ability to respond effectively in a dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Confident learning and using new systems and technology
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take ownership and assist where needed
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the business
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with geographically dispersed teams
