3D SiteWorx is looking for an experienced BDM / Operations Manager to lead and grow our expanding WET Hire division.

This is a unique role combining business development, operations, and fleet management. You’ll be responsible for growing our customer base while ensuring our operators, machines, and projects run safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Generating new business and building long-term client relationships
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the WET Hire division
- Coordinating operators, machines, and project schedules
- Organising repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance
- Coordinating machine transport and logistics
- Maximising fleet utilisation and customer satisfaction
- Leading and supporting our operations team




- Identifying opportunities to grow the WET Hire business

We’re looking for someone who has:

✔ Experience in business development and operations within civil construction or earthmoving

✔ Solid leadership and organisational skills

✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

✔ A proactive, solutions-focused attitude

✔ The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

✔ The ability to jump into a machine and cover operators when required would be a huge advantage
