Operations Manager – Wonstop Group (Head Office, Chatswood)

Following a full rebrand and refresh, we operate premium car wash sites and a range of other offerings across Chatswood, Lane Cove, the CBD, Eastwood, and Mercedes-Benz Sydney. About the Role

As Operations Manager, you'll be based at our Chatswood head office and take ownership of day-to-day performance across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations across all sites
- Manage staff scheduling and workforce planning
- Manage inventory, equipment, and sales/performance reporting




- Coordinate communication between head office and individual sites
- Support development of current offerings and assist company leadership

About You:

- Relevant work experience preferred (salary negotiable for experienced candidates)
- Proficient computer skills
- Fluent English
- Reliable and responsible attitude
- Strong team player with a customer-service mindset
- Works well under pressure with a level, steady approach
